Stages of PM System Integration

Planning & Preparation

Define objectives and scope. Identify supported business processes. Assemble a team of stakeholders, IT specialists, and project managers. Conduct a needs assessment. Develop a project plan with timelines, milestones, and a budget.

System Selection
